Orders
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest with your email address. We send your order confirmation and track-and-trace link there.
Is the bag in the photos the one I receive?
Yes. Every piece is photographed on its own, so the bag you receive is the one in the photos.
Can you reserve a piece for me?
Items in your cart are not reserved. Because every piece is unique, it goes to the first completed order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Email [email protected] with your order number. After shipping, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–2 business days after payment. Delivery times per country are on our shipping page.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Not at the moment. We deliver to all 27 EU countries.
Returns and refunds
How do I return a bag?
Use the form Withdraw from contract here or email us within 30 days of delivery. We send you the return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
When do I get my money back?
Within 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the bag is back with us or you send proof of postage.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
Is it safe to pay on combibag.com?
Yes. You pay on the secure checkout of Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
What will I see on my bank statement?
Payments appear as COMBIBAG.COM.
The bags
Are there marks on the leather?
Vintage boot leather can have natural marks, creases and small colour differences. We show them in the photos and mention them in the description.
How do I care for a leather bag?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth, treat it with a neutral leather conditioner every few months, and keep it away from heat and long exposure to sunlight.
