- We deliver to all EU countries. Costs and delivery times are listed below and shown at checkout.
- We ship within 1–2 business days after payment, with track-and-trace.
- No customs duties within the EU.

Prices include VAT. Delivery times are estimates in business days and start when your parcel is shipped.
When we ship
We pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, except Dutch public holidays. We deliver no later than 30 days after you place your order.
Tracking
When your parcel ships, we email you a track-and-trace link. Use it to follow your parcel and, where the carrier offers it, choose another delivery moment.
Delivery and pick-up points
The carrier delivers to the address you give at checkout. If nobody is home, the carrier usually tries again or leaves the parcel at a nearby pick-up point. Parcels that are not collected in time come back to us. We then contact you to arrange a new delivery or a refund.
Delays
If your order is delayed, we tell you by email and give a new expected delivery date. If we cannot deliver within 30 days after your order, you can cancel free of charge and we refund you in full within 14 days.
Damaged or lost parcels
We are responsible for your parcel until it is delivered to you. If it arrives damaged, please email photos of the packaging and the item to [email protected], ideally within 48 hours, so we can claim with the carrier. If tracking shows no movement for five business days, let us know and we investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is lost, we refund you in full.
Changing your address
Please check your address at checkout. If you made a mistake, email us straight away. We can change the address until the parcel has shipped.
Customs and duties
We ship from the Netherlands and only within the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import charges.
