Our responsibility

The products we sell must be safe under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988). A10 ecommerce B.V. is the responsible economic operator in the EU for the products on combibag.com, unless the product page names another one.

Information on every product

Each product page lists, under Product safety:

• the name and contact details of the manufacturer;
• the responsible person in the EU;
• a product identifier (the article number), which is also on the label inside the product;
• warnings and safety information that apply to the product.

Safety information

• Keep plastic packaging away from babies and young children to avoid the risk of suffocation.
• Bags with small detachable parts, such as charms, conchos or tassels, are not toys. Keep them out of reach of children under 3.
• Keep leather products away from open flames and strong heat sources.

Report a safety issue

If you think a product is unsafe, stop using it and email [email protected] with your order number, the article number, a description and photos. We look into every report and reply within one business day. You can also report unsafe products to the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).

Safety notices and recalls

There are currently no safety notices or recalls for products sold on combibag.com. If a product needs to be recalled, we inform affected customers directly and publish the notice on this page.
